February 2018: We currently have vacancies in our Kitchen for a Full Time Commis Chef and Front of House for an Experienced Duty Manager.
We are a prestigious three star hotel offering a high standard of service to our guests.
In order to ensure this aim is met, we are always seeking individuals to work in different areas of the hotel:
Bar – a busy area with friendly staff offering guest ales and traditional ales, popular with the local community.
Restaurants – the more formal Table D’hote Restaurant and the more relaxed atmosphere of the A La Carte Bistro. Both require hard working, friendly staff capable of excellent teamwork.
Reception – an extremely busy area, dealing with telephone enquiries, bookings for accommodation, conferences, weddings, dining reservations. This department requirins efficient, polite and conscientious staff.
Housekeeping – 22 individually designed bedrooms requiring a dedicated team of housekeepers to maintain a high standard of cleanliness around all areas of the Hotel.
Applicants are required to be able to work as part of a close knit team, yet have the ability to work independently when necessary.
